How To Size Your Rings: Use a paper or fabric tape measure to measure around your shaft and behind your testicles. One ring should be sized to fit behind the Testicles, the other ring sized to fit on the shaft of the Penis. This is the circumference or girth that you need. The table will give you the conversion to ring internal diameters.
* We recommend that you do this measurement three or more times to be sure.
Choose the two ring diameters you need. The rings should be snug and not too tight when you are erect. If the rings are too tight then you may get uncomfortable constrictions, too loose and you could generate hotspots.
